• Recruit students and families
• Lead sales team, ensure sales policies and processes and customer service requirements
• Improve and develop systems and processes
• Work Academic team to ensure updated programs based on market trend research
• Maintain regular updates on reports, policies and procedure

Marketing:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing progra
• Identify new markets to recruit students
• Analyze market conditions and competitors
• Digital development and CRM management

Community Affairs:

• Maintain internal and external relationships
• Actively attend networking events
• Liaise with important community groups and partners

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, communications or similar
• 10 years of experience in sales & marketing management
• Experiences in international school is an advantage
