RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage M&A businesses and PE investments in a full cycle deal process including pre and post acquisition, detailed financial and operational activities Work closely with representatives/ C-levels of investee companies during the M&A process Work on a diversified investment portfolio across different sectors REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in business or finance 5 years of experiences in similar position Experienced in a full cycle of deal process Strong English is a must View more
