Our client is an international startup in insurtech with operations across different countries in South East Asia. They are looking for a Product Manager to lead the entire product lifecycle for Thailand market. Report to: Product Director Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead product development life cycle including market research, product design, implementation and deployment for Thailand.
• Work with regional product team and local commercial team to ensure the product is aligned with the company’s business plan.
• Ensure successful product launches through collaboration with commercial and operations teams.
• Liaise with engineering and product teams in HQ on product’s development and production.
• Liaise with UI/ UX designers and stakeholders to define user flow.
• Frame and execute test cases, and delivers post-launch feedback to stakeholders.
• Responsible of new improvements based on research & analysis, data collection and customer feedback.
• Develop metrics on the success of products and product launches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\\\'s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business.
• Min 4 years in product management and deliveries for ecommerce, fintech or insurtech
• Startup experience is an advantage
• Experienced in working with different teams across functions and countries.
• Experienced in managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Good at English & Thai
• Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving.
